Description

  • Produce a document describing steps to add Region‑2: independent k3s clusters, Prometheus federation, options for Zitadel/Git/MinIO replication, inter-region VPN options, and decisions for data residency.

Priority: P1
Estimate: 4 hours

  • Document stored in repo with clear step-by-step tasks and decisions points.
