Description

  • Implement endpoint and simple UI for owner to set credit balances or 100% discount flags per tenant.
  • Show invoice previews after credit/discount applied.

Priority: P1
Estimate: 6 hours
Acceptance criteria

  • Owner can set credits and discounts, stored in DB.
  • Billing preview updates in near-real time to reflect changes.
