Description

Deploy kube-state-metrics, ensure kubelet/cAdvisor metrics are scraped and labeled with namespace.
Validate Prometheus queries for CPU/memory/egress by namespace.

Priority: P0
Estimate: 6 hours
Acceptance criteria

Prometheus shows per-namespace container_cpu_usage_seconds_total and container_memory_working_set_bytes.
Basic PromQL test queries return expected per-namespace aggregates.
