Description

  • Ensure Forgejo runners available that can run opentofu plan and opentofu apply.
  • Validate runner environment has necessary binaries and network access to MinIO & Consul.

Priority: P0
Estimate: 2 hours
Acceptance criteria

  • A test runner job executes a simple opentofu --version and returns success.
  • Runner can access MinIO S3 endpoint (via creds) and Consul lock endpoint.
