Description

  • Use NixOS k3s module to install an HA k3s cluster across C1–C3; ensure control-plane availability as per k3s best practices.
  • Make kubeconfig available to M1 for admin operations.

Priority: P0
Estimate: 8 hours
Acceptance criteria

  • kubectl get nodes shows all 3 nodes Ready.
  • You can schedule test pods and they run.
