Description

  • Deploy Forgejo (container or package) and create repositories: infra (flakes), portal, billing, starter-templates.
  • Configure an initial admin user and basic repo permissions.

Priority: P0
Estimate: 3 hours
Acceptance criteria

  • Forgejo accessible over HTTPS.
  • Repositories created and test push/pull works.
  • Admin account created and documented.
