Description

Inventory M1, C1, C2, C3 hardware (CPU, RAM, disks), public IPs, domain names, and network topology.
Collect admin SSH public keys and create a small hardware.md inventory file in the infra repo.

Priority: P0
Estimate: 1.5 hours
Acceptance criteria

hardware.md exists in infra repo with machine specs, IPs, disk layout, intended roles (M1/C1/C2/C3), and admin SSH key list.
Admin keys are tested (you can SSH to each machine as expected).
